• Income based rent structure based on income and needs assessment starting at $2,500.00 per month.

• Exceptional medical care provided by a live in Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.

• Private Room Home Post Surgical Care and Hospice Available

• Safe, comfortable, contemporary, and well-maintained housing for individuals in need of daily redirection and medical care.

• Evidence-based programs that promote long-term wellness and mental health recovery including activities of daily living, group, individual and family psychotherapy.

• Personalized support to promote balanced nutrition, weight loss and healthy lifestyles provided in a separate cafeteria building utilizing telehealth technology.

• Practical education to empower residents toward independence and improved well-being.

• Free high speed internet and movie channels

• Weekly shopping and monthly social outings

• Transportation to medical appointments not included
