At Presidio Behavioral Health and Wellness LLC, we understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. Many people who suffer from a mental health diagnosis often times ignore their medical issues and symptoms remain untreated in many cases for years. Our therapeutic team consists of licensed therapists, physician, nurse practitioner and psychiatrist who work with each patient residing in our assisted living community  utilizing the  CMS approved, "Collaborative Care" approach.

 

We are a 12 bed Assisted living Facility and a 40 bed Group Home Facility located in Porter, Texas.

Our residential program offers:

• room and board,

• prevention,

• education,

• group and individual therapy with a licensed clinical social worker,

• board certified family nurse practitioner on site,
• 3 nutritious meals a day,

• medication management,
